Shipping
We ship your orders from Monday 09:00 to Friday 12:00 (CET). Orders placed after 15:00 will generally be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that if your order is placed on a Friday after 12:00, it will be shipped on the following business day (typically Monday). Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO:
- Hotels, motels, resorts, schools, or freight forwarding companies.
INSURANCE
Insured shipping provides peace of mind for you as our valued customer. If a package is damaged or lost, the insurer covers the cost price plus shipping fees, subject to claim approval. Upon approval of the claim, we will dispatch a replacement package, provided the items are in stock. If the items are no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
Claiming a Damaged Shipment
If a package sustains damage during delivery, the issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Claims submitted after the 14th day will be rejected by the insurer.
A claim for a damaged shipment can only be processed once the package has been returned to and received by us. If you retain the damaged shipment, the claim will be denied. The insurance company reserves the right to request the damaged item for further inspection.
Claiming a Lost Shipment
For lost shipments within Europe, we are required to wait 10 days before filing a claim, counting from the carrier's last electronic scan. For shipments outside Europe, a mandatory waiting period of 15 days from the last electronic scan applies.
For shipments that have not received any tracking scans from the carrier, we must wait a maximum of 15 days before submitting a claim for destinations within Europe, and 20 days for destinations outside Europe. This allows the carrier sufficient time to locate and deliver the shipment.
