Returns

We kindly request that you contact us at all times before proceeding with a return.

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 4 business days of payment, provided the items have not yet been shipped. In the event that you wish to return the products, we request that you send them back well-packaged in their original packaging to the address we will provide during our email correspondence. Returns are not possible for products that have been opened or damaged. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the products are at your own expense.

If you are sending the return from the Netherlands and it does not fit through a standard mailbox slot, you can drop off the package at a PostNL or DHL service point, where it can be provided with a tracking code if desired. Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. This means that sportsresearch.nl is not liable for the damage or loss of returned products. Therefore, always ask for a tracking code at the service point and keep it safe. We also request that you include the original packing slip or invoice with the package.

For products that have been returned correctly, the amount paid will be refunded to your account within 10 business days.

If you have placed an order but have not yet paid, and you wish to cancel it, please contact us and include your order number.
